Andrew Ladd le prochain capitaine des Thrashers?

Post by Flyers »

Il semble qu'il serait un des leader de l'équipe.
Andrew Ladd could eventually be named the Thrashers' captain.
Atlanta entered the season without a captain and they currently have three players with As on their jerseys. However, Ladd has stood out as a leader on the team so far this season. "He has certainly given us every indication that that could happen but we have not come to that decision," coach Craig Ramsay said of Ladd. "Here’s a guy that has really tried to step up and in many games take charge of the team and it’s been fun to watch. I’m sure he’s enjoyed it and we’ve enjoyed it as a group. That is something that we will discuss as we move forward."

Confirmé
The Atlanta Thrashers have named Andrew Ladd their captain.
Ladd came over from the Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks in the off-season. "It's a huge honor for the coaching staff to have the confidence in me to lead this team," Ladd said. "It's a great honor. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to do that. It was just kind of mentioned at the end of the meeting today. I talked to an assistant coach the other day so I had an idea it was coming. I'm excited about the opportunity. For them to have the confidence in me to led the way it means a lot to me and I'm going to do the best I can to do a great job."
