Kieffer Bellows violated the terms of the AHL/PHPA Performance Enhancing Substances program.
"All applicable discipline has been issued and satisfied, and there are no current or further limitations or restrictions on his ability to play." Bellows was part of New York's Phase 3 camp, but did not make it to the bubble. Islanders GM Lou Lamoriello would not comment, saying the AHL statement spoke for itself
