Dan Boyle broke his foot on November 10th, but he managed to play through the injury.
"No, no, no. It was just one of those things," Boyle said when asked if he considered taking some time off on account of the injury. "You can kind of play your way through it. It definitely hurt my game a little bit. My game is skating and I was definitely a step behind for many of those games and a little slower out there." What a tough guy. This might explain why he had no points from November 12th through December 3rd. He thinks the problem is behind him now, as evidenced by his four points in his last four games
